Okay, seriously...
...you know you're a good cook when the lunch you bring in to work is the steak, mashed potatoes and brocolli you made last night, you nuke it to warm it up and it's *still* perfectly cooked. Damn, I'm awesome. :)
Update:This was dinner from the night before. The steak was marinated in light soy sauce, a little sea salt, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar. Oh, and a head of garlic. :)

Mmmm.. steak, mashed potatoes and brocolli..
The brocolli being reheated and still perfectly cooked is especially impressive. Normally reheated brocolli tastes like... well... reheated brocolli.
I know! I'm still geeking out about the fact that the steak was perfectly medium, slightly-rare. The really funny thing is that I don't think I'd ever cooked steak before -- I certainly don't remember doing so.
You should ask Noelle for tips on how to cook steak. Hers were as delicious as shoes. ;)
Now I know where to book a reservation for a sumptuous steak dinner....I think this is your website...

How did you really ever get to be such a damn good cook?
LOL...really, you shouldn't be feeding my ego, FA, it's plenty big enough as it is. :)
