Who'da thunk? It turns out that if you've gone about 3 years with your caffeine levels only spiking during the tiny amounts you get from dark chocolate and the very occasional iced green tea, getting a slice of chocolate-mocha cake gets you so wired that you're literally sweating. Who knew?

Sadly, almost eliminating cafffeine from your diet, serves to increase your sensitivity to it :(
But hey, maybe it'll catch on a new form of weight-loss? "The caffeine-sweat-no sleep to keep your metabolism revved diet"!?
Nice!! Sounds like a good time to me! I think my body has been building up a tolerance over the years. :(
