Yesterday's brunch
A homemade frittata with organic eggs, prosciutto, sautéed onion, sautéed mushrooms and oven-roasted asparagus. I also had two potato pancakes and a navel orange.

Ha, I know how much you hate onions, Wanda. Don't worry, I always sauté onions before throwing them into anything else -- I don't like the sharp taste and crunchy texture of the raw kind.
