Who'da thunk?

Making tortillas with a blend of brown rice flour and glutinous rice flour yields a completely non-tortilla, almost shortcrust pastry. Should be awesome! :)

Awesome!! So it'll be like a crumbly-pastry strata in the end?

I'm going to tey my hand at a Mung Bean Casserole tongiht, and a millet pudding (read sort of rice pudding) for dessert.

not much different between chicken fat and lard really - so it might be very good? who knows?
