Quick and easy dinner



Chinese-style fried rice made with:
  • organic, brown Basmati rice (prepared a day ahead)
  • reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • sriracha
  • lightly scrambled eggs
  • ham
  • organic baby carrots, chopped —
    the rest get saved for snacking
  • peas
  • onion
  • garlic
  • ginger
